The worst customer service for a service department ever. I have been calling and emailing trying to get my car into service for over a month (9+Calls). I have had ZERO communication with anyone from the service department. The only person who has answered the phone is someone from sales and he told me "someone from the service department would call me back". Worst customer service i have ever experienced. They NEVER answer calls or respond to messages. After keeping my Emira for 6+ weeks just to replace wheel bearing and brake rotors, they still didn’t know when it’ll be finished. I got so frustrated with them, I sold it back to them for a big loss. I know it’s not their fault that car is crap, but service and ignoring customers is. Stay away from them as far as you can.
Made an appt to test drive a pre owned Lotus Evora S on a Saturday . I drove for over 2hrs to get there and it was worth it. Treated very well by Salesman Jon Sisco .He was knowledgeable, friendly and patient . Like me, he loves cars. He did not lose interest in me even when he learned I would not be purchasing that car due to rearward visibility problem intrinsic to that car’s design. We just bought an emira off the lot this month and our experience is mostly perfect. Jon was very helpful and we were able to complete the test drive, signing, and purchasing within the same day. All of their staff were very friendly and the process was easy and painless. We would definitely recommend others to purchase lotus here or visit other victory's dealerships.
The parts and service department went above and beyond trying to find me a specific item. Appreciate Patrick and the team!
