Made an appt to test drive a pre owned Lotus Evora S on a Saturday . I drove for over 2hrs to get there and it was worth it. Treated very well by Salesman Jon Sisco .He was knowledgeable, friendly and patient . Like me, he loves cars. He did not lose interest in me even when he learned I would not be purchasing that car due to rearward visibility problem intrinsic to that car’s design. We just bought an emira off the lot this month and our experience is mostly perfect. Jon was very helpful and we were able to complete the test drive, signing, and purchasing within the same day. All of their staff were very friendly and the process was easy and painless. We would definitely recommend others to purchase lotus here or visit other victory's dealerships.

Worst service department I’ve ever experienced. They have the worst customer service, they don’t return calls or messages. They damage cars and don’t take responsibility for it. This dealership should stick to Subaru and not a higher end dealership like lotus. I’ll be sharing my dissatisfaction directly with lotus also.
