1. Review for the Better Business Bureau (BBB): I recently took my car to Victory Layne Chevrolet for a diagnostic test and repair. My vehicle had one issue but no coolant leaks when I brought it in. After the dealership claimed to have fixed the problem, I picked up the car, paying $621. However, as soon as I tried to move my car, it leaked all of its coolant right in the spot where the dealership had parked it. I immediately informed the service team, and after waiting 90 minutes, they told me the water hose had a leak and... read more

If I could do -5 stars I would. They lied repeatedly about my car being ready and was not ready. They kept it 58 days in their service repair area. I drove back twice to pick up the car from *********** and the car is in *************** ******* at 12-hour trip. They told me the car was ready I got there it wasn't ready at all. They waited one week before they even contacted the warranty company after the car was left on the first day. Then a second set of pictures was requested and it was one full month before they sent the ... read more

Leased vehicle 2023 Equinox with less than 4,000 miles. Battery died, towed to this dealer. Didn't get any calls from them. Forty-eight hours later, I called to find out status of the car; they had no idea where it was. Called an hour and half later as no one called with an update; they stated they had tried to call. There were no messages or missed calls from them. Called four times more to speak to service over the next week, no one returned any calls. Only one who was somewhat helpful when I went to the dealer to check on... read more

I WAS ROBBED OF A TOTAL OF $36,534.00 Do not buy here. Back when it was still called Bill Branch Chevrolet, on July 21st 2004, I visited the lot with $10,000.00 cash in hand. I asked what I could own if I PAID IN FULL with the $10,000 cash that day. I was shown a base model 2004 Chevy Cavalier. The MSRP was around $12,000. I was young, naive and was tricked into signing a finance contract after handing a sales woman my cash. I was then told I needed to write a check for $3,800.00 to cover taxes and fees. The saleswoman we... read more

We brought our Chevy to Victory Layne in mid-October because despite having brought it there once before for squeaky brakes on our 3 month old Sliverado 2500, the brakes were still squeaking even though they were still at 99% according to the diagnostic. Our service advisor was Austin who was very short with us from day one, had poor communication skills and would always rush us off the phone. We were finally told that they were going to order new brake pads for the truck so we decided to leave it there assuming the brake pa... read more

I had a suburban with 54,000 miles and the front left strut was leaking oil. I called Victory Chevrolet and was told it would be 10 days to get it worked done. She checked with the shop to see how long it would take to replace the strut as I was coming from 75 miles away and would have to wait for it. I was told it would only take 1 hr. I arrived and was told it would now take 2.5 to 3 hrs. to do the work. They were also going to look at my nav. system as the gps wasn't working. After waiting 1.5 hrs. I am told that they ord... read more
