I usually don't complain but my case was delayed due to lack of knowledge. My case was sent incomplete I had to tell their "professional" that she was missing forms after the case was going to be submitted for the second time. I was told many times don't worry about it you have more than enough time, at the end I was told it was my fault due to the limited time frame.
