The driver leaked oil from the junk car onto my driveway while towing it and didn’t bother cleaning it up. Very careless and disrespectful.
They said payment would be given immediately, but the driver claimed he only had part of the cash. I had to argue just to receive the full amount that was originally agreed upon. Very untrustworthy service.
I had a terrible experience with this junk car buying company. They quoted one price on the phone, but when they arrived they reduced the offer by almost half with random excuses. Felt like a complete waste of time and very unprofessional service.
They promised same-day payment, but I had to follow up for two days before receiving the money. Not reliable if you expect quick payment.
Customer support was almost impossible to reach. I called several times and left messages, but no one returned my calls. Very frustrating experience.
