I went to Victory Lane with my sister to get her car's oil changed. The man who serviced my sister's car started flirting with my sister, and would not stop talking to her. After we left, the man took my sister's confidential information from the purchase and proceeded to send her over 30 harassing text messages. We let the manager at the Ellsworth location know what happened, and the only reparation he made was offering my sister $5 off her next oil change.
