These guys are always friendly and ready to help. They don’t pressure you to get more than you need. I hate when a $30 oil change becomes $100. Dan, the owner is always ready and willing to go above and beyond. I have a daughter who is a college student. She went up there because she had a squealing belt. Instead of just changing it and charging her, he said it just needed tightened and did it at no charge. This place always feels like family. It’s nice to feel cared for.
These guys are AWESOME! Specifically Mike. At no time did Mike ever try any type of high pressure up sale on me. He was very thorough, professional and friendly from the time I arrived to the time I left. I've taken both my wife's and my car there several times, the same level of service each time. I highly recommend Victory Lane!
They have always gone above and beyond to take care of minor vehicle issues for me, and their prices are very reasonable.
Very friendly staff. I will be going back to them again with all my vehicles check tire pressure ask me how much I wanted in my tires topped off my windshield washer fluid check my radiator fluid check my transmission fluid very thorough
I came in 10 mins before they closed and the customer service was excellent! The guy gave me great recommendations and was very kind and professional. I will definitely go back.
