Very Quick They mean quick when they call it that in their name! You will never have a longer than 15 minute wait and that's when they are packed, generally they get you right in and out before you even realize it. They are very fast, efficent and polite. This is the only oil change shop for my family. Great prices and service that can't be beat.
Love these guys I have been to both South Lyon Oil Change facilities, Valvoline and Victory Lane. I perfer Victory Lane. They are a very nice bunch of guys! What a difference between the two. They made me feel welcome and explained many things to me about my vehicle and why things are needed. The new owner told me that, he wants Victory Lane Quick Oil Change to be known for educating customers and not just getting that quick buck! K I went to Victory Lane Quick Oil Change in South Lyon and was very happy I went. These guys are wonderful! Very knowledgeable and friendly, too! They base their recommendations on manufactures specifications and mile intervals only! They explain what each of their services will do for your car and how it will help it perform better than ever. No pressure selling when I went, only friendly, knowledgeable salesman!
good job i have always been happy with the service i recieve from the employees of victory lane. they do a very good job and are very quick on getting you in and out. the only thing i dislike is the cost of the oil change and being presured to buy extra products.
Poor Service This station has very bad customer service. The workers are unfriendly and rude. Plus they put the wrong oil in my car and did nothing about it after they were corrected. I would definately choose a better automobile service station.
Great service This is an expensive place to get an oil change but the service is worth it. You get a discount if you are a valuable customer and the employees here are more than helpful. As a female I don't like to go and get the work done on my car by myself but this place doesn't make you feel uncomfortable whats so ever.
recommended to all my friends We've been taking our cars here for several years now and have recieved great service. The employees have all been friendly and honest. They offer free top offs in between maintenance visits, lubricate doors etc. and fill your tires
