Poor Service This station has very bad customer service. The workers are unfriendly and rude. Plus they put the wrong oil in my car and did nothing about it after they were corrected. I would definately choose a better automobile service station.
Great service This is an expensive place to get an oil change but the service is worth it. You get a discount if you are a valuable customer and the employees here are more than helpful. As a female I don't like to go and get the work done on my car by myself but this place doesn't make you feel uncomfortable whats so ever. PROS: great customer service CONS: pricey
M I disagree with what I've just read. The 'check list' is extremely helpful! During the oil change, you are told of any pending problems with your vehicle. You can then proceed appropriatley; either have the problem fixed right then or take your car to another shop to be fixed!

WARNING!!!! This is a warning to customers of Victory Lane Oil Change in Milford. Last fall I took my car in for an oil change. Shortly thereafter I noticed a sound coming from my rear differential and took it into my mechanic who notified me that the differential drain plug was missing and the fluid had drained out. (Differential fluids drain as you drive down the road. Therefore you won't necessarily see a big puddle as a warning.) Long story short, about $1200 in repairs. Annoying I do enjoy the coupons I am able to use for up to $10 off which lowers my price signigficantly. I have been going to Victory Lane for a few years and it always annoys me when they try to explain that I need this and that when all I want is a full service oil change. I have no idea what any of that means. I know I have an old car. Tell me what it is that should be done but don't go on for 10 minutes about a flush I am not going to get right now. RIPP OFF AND ADD ON Small town, Supporting local business's is a practice of our family. We did not think that we would find that Victory had repeatedly took advantage of our 2 sons with their new cars for over 2 years.I noticed a large oil change bill and asked to see the receipt, at 6000 miles they did a radiator flush!!. I pulled out their records to find out that they had been taking advantage of both of them repeatedly. Telling them they needed various services. WHAT A JOKE! I worked for this place for a little over a year and in that time they went through 4 employees, 2 managers and managed to blow up 1 engine (forgot oil) and one rear end (lost plug for differential and said oh well). they dont have the right tools to do the job they are being paid to do, they sold on many ocassions, a "mobil 1" oil change which was nothing more that $.69 a quart oil pumped into a mobil 1 bottle so that they could charge $50 extra dollars and make pure profit at the expense of the unsuspecting cu... read more
