M I disagree with what I've just read. The 'check list' is extremely helpful! During the oil change, you are told of any pending problems with your vehicle. You can then proceed appropriatley; either have the problem fixed right then or take your car to another shop to be fixed!
Annoying I do enjoy the coupons I am able to use for up to $10 off which lowers my price signigficantly. I have been going to Victory Lane for a few years and it always annoys me when they try to explain that I need this and that when all I want is a full service oil change. I have no idea what any of that means. I know I have an old car. Tell me what it is that should be done but don't go on for 10 minutes about a flush I am not going to get right now. RIPP OFF AND ADD ON Small town, Supporting local business's is a practice of our family. We did not think that we would find that Victory had repeatedly took advantage of our 2 sons with their new cars for over 2 years.I noticed a large oil change bill and asked to see the receipt, at 6000 miles they did a radiator flush!!. Love these guys I have been to both South Lyon Oil Change facilities, Valvoline and Victory Lane. I perfer Victory Lane. They are a very nice bunch of guys! What a difference between the two. They made me feel welcome and explained many things to me about my vehicle and why things are needed. The new owner told me that, he wants Victory Lane Quick Oil Change to be known for educating customers and not just getting that quick buck! K I went to Victory Lane Quick Oil Change in South Lyon and was very happy I went. These guys are wonderful! Very knowledgeable and friendly, too! They base their recommendations on manufactures specifications and mile intervals only! They explain what each of their services will do for your car and how it will help it perform better than ever. No pressure selling when I went, only friendly, knowledgeable salesman!
good job i have always been happy with the service i recieve from the employees of victory lane. they do a very good job and are very quick on getting you in and out. the only thing i dislike is the cost of the oil change and being presured to buy extra products.
