went to get an oil change and my tires screeched trying to pull in during rush hour in downtown South Lyon. Tyler, an assistant manager came up to me and asked me not to pull in like an as**ole. Unfortunately I had my two kids in the backseat. Very rude and very unprofessional. When asked to speak to a manager I was given an incorrect phone number. This is not my first bad experience with them. I'm going to stick with Complete Auto Care right down the road.
No hello, no greeting at all. First words from the technician is "Hey, this oil looks terrible. You are going to need a flush". I told him I was just getting oil change to sell the vehicle. Then he never said a word after that. Only good thing is that they seems to do the oil change right but they did not check everything that they are supposed to like the air filter. These employees need some basic customer service training but I won't notice because i'm not coming back.
Under new ownership. Great group of new experianced techs and a very experianced new manager.
Have been a loyal customer for years. Will never go back . Had to ask them to check tires for air. They said they were too busy! Broke a piece off my oil pan then charged me for it, and they were all out of washer solvent!!! They were the dumbest and rudest people I've ever seen!!
Victory Lane does have great service but I do dread going there because of the pressure. I completely understand trying to sell products and preventive maintenance but when I say "Im all set, I dont need anything" that should be good enough. Dont ask me to get out of my car to see something that Im completely aware of. And please dont make me say "Im all set...thanks!" 3 times either. They could lay off the pressure maybe inform the customer ONCE and let it go. Other than that...its great and I will continue to be a customer... read more
Excellent customer service. Sure, they offered more products, but I didn't feel pressured to buy. Very knowledgeable about routine and scheduled maintenance. Quick and easy.
A very long and drawn out story short --- Mechanics misplaced a piece when they did the oil change. Engine lights came on and they said everything was fine, we continued to drive the car and lights kept going on and off. Brought the car back, they inspected it again and said everything was fine. After lights continued to go off, we brought it to the dealership who informed us of the missing pieces. Victory Lane was very difficult to deal with, and refused to pay for the work that the dealership mechanics suggested. In the en... read more

The staff was nice but neglected to tell me a oil change would be 69 dollars. Way way overpriced. When I called to complain - I did not receive any satisfaction.
