We bought a 2007 Mustang for my 16 year old daughter about four and a half months ago. The car has left my daughter stranded four times and we have spent over $1,200 repairing this piece of crap car and they do not care do not buy a vehicle from these people they are Crooks
Brandon, Neil and Betsy they went over and beyond to make sure my daughter got a car. They stay overtime to make sure my daughter drove off the lot in the car that she wanted. I went and purchase a 2011 f150 Fx4 from these guys. From the start I test drove this truck and loved it went and did paperwork and the truck is mine. I drove it off the lot and went to zaxbys for lunch and as I’m sitting in the drive through the exhaust starts rattling really bad so naturally I went back and spoke with Neil (the salesman that sold me the truck) he assured me they had that covered under their 3 day warranty. I would never buy another auto from victory auto lane in Warner Robins I don't trust anything they say. First my van was pouring transmission fluids they did a half way job fixing it. They promoise you everything before you buy a car and then try and avoid you when you call. When I bought my van they promoised to buy a part for the van. I bought my car in January 2013, as a local college student who desperately needed a car. In the contract during signing time, it was agreed upon to fix my AC along with one other issue. Well apparently the fixing they were doing on my A/C was a temporary just to get by fix until my warranty expired.
