I purchased this vehicle just three months ago, and now the engine has completely failed. This is completely unacceptable for a recently purchased car. I immediately reached out to Ryan, the salesperson who sold me the vehicle, expecting guidance on how to move forward. Instead of providing any assistance or even acknowledging my concerns, he has completely ignored me—no response, no follow-up, nothing.
