Places like this are why the phrase "let the buyer beware" was coined. If you're considering buying a car here, go out back and throw your money in the dumpster. Same effect, less headaches. They got an inspection sticker slapped on a vehicle that had issues that should have caused it to fail, but we're INTENTIONALLY HIDDEN/COVERED UP. . I literally scraped the sticker with their name on it off the back of my vehicle so they wouldn't get the free advertising. There are better places to buy a used car.
Horrible service!! They never made contact, I always had to call for up-date. Pricing and financing is ridiculous.... stay away
They were extremely helpful and understood my situation fully! The customer service was phenomenal! This was my fist time buying a car on my own and they explained the process each step of the way. I did not feel pressured to buy a car at that point in time, however I fell in love with the car that was right out front! They made sure everything was taken care of for me! They tried to overcharge my wife twice by using synthetic oil that she didn't ask for. When she went for a front end alignment the car was worse than when they started. They rotated a tire and sent her on her way. The car was then the same as when she brought it. Once they had my truck in the bay for two hours as the workers chatted and took breaks.
