Went to have my ring resized and cleaned. I asked for all the stones to be checked for anything loose. Less than two days after getting my ring back I’ve already lost two stones and a prong on my engagement ring broke about a week later. Very upset and don’t trust to take my rings back here.
I've had a couple well-done repairs.
Fantastic place.
Easy to deal with- fast turn around- diamond is beautiful!!! They replaced my lost center stone and did more For me!! They were amazing!!
The older lady is very RUDE!! From the moment we walked in she was not nice to us. We inquired about repairs and possibly look around and purchase something. She says “what are you trying to sell”. We were trying to spend money. I will take my business somewhere else and let others know.
