Lied about hit and run in parking lot to cops. Showed footage of my car making contact with another car with no damage to the other car. After asking the owner of the vehicle if car is okay he continually ignores me while thoroughly inspecting his car until he said it was fine to leave. There was no damage at all just some plastic and or paint peeling off areas that most likely had already been like that.
