A piece of my leased vehicle was damaged for the third time in two years and I brought it into the service center to be repaired. Sat in the waiting room for nearly an hour until the manager came in and let me know it would be $360 to order and replace the piece. I was told to return two days later for the service when the part came in. I received a call that day letting me know the part was delayed and they wouldn’t be able to complete the repair and that the part would be there the next day.
