I was able to make a rather last minute appointment as "my wrench" came on for the first time. The service writers were pleasant and helpful. My oil change and tire rotation were done quickly and I was on my way within an hour. Very happy with West Herr! I just had another very good experience having my Honda CRV serviced. I will never deal with this dealership again. Great when leasing but forget it trying to buyout the lease. Absolutely no support from sales, finance and management…your on you own if you try to buy Do not return phone calls.very poor customer service! I would like to amend the previous review. I j finalized my buyout. I have to say Paulie and Carly have restored my faith in this dealership. They were extremely concerned with providing good service. Made me feel that my experience was a priority and valued my business.
