They sold me a dirt, smelly used CR-V. With an almost dead battery (needed a jump start one week after purchase, then proceeded to take 2 hours at service center to change the battery). This was my first experience with a dealership and I now know why people hate them soo much. As a disabled veteran I not once felt like I was being taken seriously and I will be actively telling people to avoid West Herr.
