Bought and had home built in rathdrum/Radiant lake. Boy did we get taken. Shoddy job. Thanks Jay for screwing so many of us over. You don't anwser your phones, haven't responded or repaired anything. You nickel and died each one of us. SHAME ON YOU!!!.
I would give them negative stars if I could. I have had to fix their shoddy work regularly. We still find things they did garbage work on three years later.

Did a terrible job on our house in North Dakota, and doesn't stand behind their warranty. We are just about ready to file a lawsuit against them.
