Bought The Grant a little over 3 years ago. Have to say it was nice for a while, now I can’t stand it, everything is decaying. I can’t keep water from coming in my house, back door leaks ALL the time!!!!! Idk what they built this house with but I’m starting to wonder if they just nailed a couple boards together and called it a house! Because EVERYTHING is falling apart on it! I’m gonna start off with this. I am very pleased and felt very appreciative for all the work that victory done for me. Everyone is so nice and welcoming. I have never had that experience in Gonzales with no other dealer if I could give you 1000% I would. You Rock Mr. Dwayne!!!!!!
If you’re looking to buy a home please do yourself a favor and look far away from this company. We bought a brand new home in 2021 and we have had nothing put probably with mold, we have contacted them multiple times sent people out the first 3 and still having problems that we can’t get them to fix. Hers a few embarrassing pictures of our home, but I’d rather share them to anyone looking so they can see what we are dealing with.
