We recently had a technician come to our home to check our thermostat. The temperature was dropping on its own and randomly turned on and off. The tech was here early the day after we called. He thoroughly checked our heater. Turned out our thermostat was pre-set and the reset button out of order. A new thermostat was installed and the tech went over how to use it. We were very please with this company.
