Technician left three dirty air filters on my dining room floor upon leaving. Additionally, and much more annoying was the fact that he turned on/tested my two A/C units on and then left them on upon his departure ... my windows were wide open. I didn't realize until much later in the day that they had been running all day long ... cooling the neighborhood. They sent me a post-service questionnaire and I advised of what happened. The representative advised that their policy isn't to set the units back to how they found them.... read more

Failed to fix problems with HVAC. Technician stated what needed to be done to fix problem but company refused to fix . Unit is less than year old.
