Horrible is the only way to describe it. Scheduled me for an appointment approximately a week out for recall work. Upon arrival they stated they did not have the oil for them to be able to do the recall THEY scheduled me for. I had a check engine light that had came on after they scheduled the appointment so I asked them to check that since I was already here. CRYSTAL IN SERVICE WAS AWESOME AND VERY HELPFUL.
Horrible service experience once again. Could not schedule an appointment over the phone because they would not answer or call back for three days. This is the second time I’ve tried to get in touch with them to get my truck serviced and had to physically walk in to get an appointment. Extremely inconvenient. Also the service personnel are not customer friendly.
