Horrible service experience once again. Could not schedule an appointment over the phone because they would not answer or call back for three days. This is the second time I’ve tried to get in touch with them to get my truck serviced and had to physically walk in to get an appointment. Extremely inconvenient. Also the service personnel are not customer friendly. Service manager failed to call enterprise for a vehicle and never got a rental car. Was car less for three days and issue with my vehicle was covered under power train warranty and was supposed to get a rental.
Everything was easy and straightforward from scheduling service to picking up my truck.
