The head of Victory GMC Service department, Michael Hernandez, was very easy to work with. He scheduled my car maintenance in advance, received me at the time of my scheduled appointment, and ensured that my oil change and tire rotation occurred in less than an hour as promised. Horrible is the only way to describe it. Scheduled me for an appointment approximately a week out for recall work. Upon arrival they stated they did not have the oil for them to be able to do the recall THEY scheduled me for. I had a check engine light that had came on after they scheduled the appointment so I asked them to check that since I was already here. After they checked they advised me what they found they advised me they disabled the engine and it would be the following evening if I wanted it back to drive it until... read more
