They specialize in goat's milk ice cream but it seems to be watered down for the general public's palate. I couldn't taste the goat's milk at all in any of the flavored varieties and in the plain (vanilla) flavor the goat's milk was bareley discernable. So if you're looking for a nice gamey goaty ice cream you can skip this place. It's more of a gimmick than anything else. On the plus side the ice cream is well crafted but it might as well be cow's milk.
I love the salted caramel soft serve. My friend and I want to ho back soon! ������
The ice cream was great I had the fennel one...my stomach can take too much sugar or lactose so I was able to enjoy my sundae here!
