I love the salted caramel the chocolate and the strawberry rose! It’s just fantastic gelato and feels really good with no heavy feeling after! I’m a goat milk convert!!

Ice cream for the lactose intolerant Is VG's gelato perfectly creamy like that of the Italian's? Certainly not (the texture can be slightly on the grainy side), but it is a true treat for the lactose intolerant. The goats' milk gelato comes in the most rich flavors like black sesame and matcha and pumpkin spice. They perfectly encapsulate the essence of these flavors in each scoop. I am very much looking forward to trying the apricot saffron, honey rosemary, and orange and clove offerings one day.

They specialize in goat's milk ice cream but it seems to be watered down for the general public's palate. I couldn't taste the goat's milk at all in any of the flavored varieties and in the plain (vanilla) flavor the goat's milk was bareley discernable. So if you're looking for a nice gamey goaty ice cream you can skip this place. It's more of a gimmick than anything else. On the plus side the ice cream is well crafted but it might as well be cow's milk.
