Completely disgusted by the service at Victory Ford! Will NEVER buy another vehicle from them or recommend anyone to buy from them. 100% satisfaction they say? What a lie!!! They know how dissatisfied we are with our purchase and are doing nothing about the fact that a truck we bought from them had major issues within 30 days. It sickens me that we have had this kind of service from them, especially when my husband is a return customer.
Service Department, Sales Department and the Financial Department are the best!!! ;-)
I had service done at Victory Ford recently. They changed my oil, put on four new tires, and checked for any problems. I had great service and the prices are unbeatable. I will never get service for my car anywhere else. My service advisor was Adam Hoerner and he made this experience as easy as possible for my wallet and myself. Thanks Adam and Victory Ford for taking such good care of me.
