The Victory Ford team was the most gracious, most professional dealership team I have ever dealt with. It started with Jay Kelly reviewing and personally assessing the used car on the lot for me prior to my drive to Chatham from Toronto. He gave me an accurate review confirmed after a 3 hour drive. hey were welcoming and informative and gave me a good price on my trade in. They also reviewed the financing thoroughly and showed me how all the features on my car worked. Super happy! Love the car!
