There is a 6:15 am Cardio dance class that is amazing! Kendra is an awesome instructor and the workout will have your heart pumping! Sound early? It's not! You'll be energized for the ENTIRE day! Give this class a try! No regrets!!!!
The staff is great! There is also a wide range of exercise machines for use. Not only that but there are classes you can attend that you can schedule to go to based off of your schedule.
I love the committed ladies that are there daily.
I love it there and i have a very good trainer he's awesome
