The doctor and their staff do not listen to what you have to say and have NO attention to detail. Had to find a new doctor for a new eyeglass and contact prescription. As always I took a current set of contacts. I have had the same eyeglass and contact prescription for the last 8 years. I have also worn the same contact brand. Upon the first visit the doctor felt he needed to lower my prescription only on my contacts but left my glasses the same. Needless to say the trial contacts did not work.
