Sunday afternoon. Two men all bundled up come walking into our yard. ( Very rural area). The dog alerted, I perked up! They claimed to be checking power lines. It only took a few moments on the phone to verify them. Note to Victory.... Let people know if strangers on 4-wheelers are going to be out on Sundays representing your company......
Ours too! I am low income on the pmt plan. Started out with a balance of 0. Have record to prove my monthly pmts and I am in the hole now for $250! Somebody pocketing it? Why do I have to reset my clocks everyday and where in the hell did this $250 bill come from? Yet this company doesn't have to take time to check into it or explain! Way to go Victory. Thanks for doing all of this billing change stuff right at the holidays. Now a lot of your customers are going to have to pay two bills this month and mess up their whole budget for the holidays. You say electricity is a responsibility? How about your responsibility to your customers?
I didn't not have good customer service. I have been paying my bill online for over a year now and they tell me they can't see my account as to why i can't get in? Come on? Look into it. And i can't pay my bill directly with them while on the phone with them. Have to call some other damn number. Other issues continued along with this conversation
