My Fiancé’s ring went down the shower drain at 10pm. Victory Drain Cleaning responded within the hour and we were assured that we were in good hands. No other plumbing company answered even though they claim 24 hour service. Victory Drain Cleaning answered the call and acted fast. They retrieved the ring within 10 minutes with a minimally invasive retracting claw and were on their way. I highly recommend their professional service in your time of need. Great people and even greater customer service.

Totally sneaky and rip off business. Charged $200 for a call out covering the 1st hour. Was told specifically that trip charge was included in that cost. (Although no business is worth a trip charge) Was at my property for less than and hour, and then tried to charge driving time to the property. At no time when I booked the job was I told the 1st hour time started when they were driving. (Would never had hired them). So basically trying to charge $236 for less than an hour of work.
