Great customer service and very convenient!
Hands down this is the most expensive and shadiest dry cleaners I’ve ever been to. Let me explain. There are no prices posted anywhere, and there’s no one to even speak with when you drop things off. I wasn’t too worried because I was dropping off one coat and two long-sleeve collared shirts. I figured it would be like everywhere else — and boy was I wrong. They charged me $72 for this. After setting up my account, I could drop off and pick up my clothes at times that worked best for me. The turnaround was quick, and I loved the option to use colored tape to highlight areas that needed special attention. They even returned random items I left in my pockets—such a thoughtful touch! The owners are friendly and responsive, whether in person or via email. Excellent service all around—highly recommend!
