Lies, lies, lies… I went to Victory to look at a Grand Wagoneer in their inventory. I have been tracking multiple listings through various online platforms. I physically went to their lot and set my eyes on one I saw online. It was not lot ready so, I waited a month to see if they would actually recondition it. Sales person was very nice so I thought. I was pre-approved and requested numerous times not to run my credit again and it was done anyway. However, battery went totally dead and battery had to be replaced on the spot. I was told to tow vehicle so they could check battery themselves and that batteries were regular maintenance and not covered under warranty. Only had vehicle 2 months.
