The service tech did not do a thorough job in problem solving and they came up with a quote and if I had them do the work it would have all went bad again in a couple months. But of course I still had to pay a diagnosis fee even though I had to do their work. And the warranty they sold us doesn’t cover any of the parts even though they sold it to us as an extension of the factory bumper to bumper. But I guess I should read all the fine print.

go my truck back the skid plate on the front was not put back on correctly, Terrible noise spent most of the day after I got it back diagnosing the issue and resolving myself. Called dealership got a call back from Service Manager. Took my truck back and they doubled checked to make sure rungs were right.
