It's been 3 yrs since my first review. This dealership is not an honorable one. I gave them a 5 star which I regretted just a few weeks later. My driver side visor fell in my lap when I put it down, the front bumper I had to have reclipped on, and the real kicker I was told the extended warranty I bought was 100,000 mile turned out to be 30,000. I love my car but I so regret giving victory my business. I'm not alone either. BE SUPER CAREFUL with them and trust Nothing they say.
Great customer service, serviced and detailed. we were high maintenance with questions and problems, they smoothed it all out easily and kindly for us. Beautiful shop, neat as a pin.

I had the best experience today dealing with Justine in the Service department. I called with a check engine issue. She got me scheduled in right away. The issue was resolved.
