Hard to make appointment. The AI advisor is annoying, wanted to talk to person. They tried to upsell me from the start when all I requested was an oil change tire rotation. After a hour they presented me with almost $1200 of other service I didn’t feel I needed. They were trying to make money off me for service I didn’t need. Worst experience with a car dealership ever. In the spring we purchased a pre owned vehicle from here and we loved it. According to the workers at the time there was minor cosmetic damage at one time some minimal warranty work on the motor. Not even a month in, there were multiple issues and codes going off and we got different explanations/ stories on the vehicle from every individual we talked to.
