Very happy with this facility. Staff, management and intake specialist , GiGi, are all wonderful. My mom can't say anything but great words about the food and choices. This place came highly recommended from friends.
Im so happy we found the Victory Centre of Vernon Hills for my Mom! She just moved in and is very happy. The studios are very spacious, the property is beautiful, the staff and residents are friendly, the food is delicious! So many wonderful activities! I wanted to send a huge shoutout to Gigi! She helped with the entire process. Because of this wonderful woman my Mom has a beautiful place! She was very patient and caring towards my Mom's needs. Thank you Victory Centre of Vernon Hills! I highly recommend this community. :)
From the time you enter the facility you get a very wsrm homey feeling. This feeling remains in the pictures and decorations that are throughout the facility.. The food is very tasty and varied.
Where to start? That is a good way to start this review, because it is where most people find themselves when faced with an aging parent that can no longer care for themselves. I happened to be very fortunate because I started with Germania Pagan "Gi Gi", at Victory Center of Vernon Hills. An amazing woman who assisted me through all of the difficult issues of how to care for an aging loved one and find them a new home with caring people to see to their needs.
