My father just started living at this facility as of July 2026, so far everything's good!The staff is very supportive & helpful and for that I'm very thankful. My only complaint would be the elevator that is not in service,I hope that gets fixed as soon as possible!Thanks Victory Centre of River Woods allowing my dad to be at your facility getting the help and support he needs♥️
My father’s quick move in experience went extremely smoothly. Barb and Tommy were amazing in processing my father’s quick move in to the facility and went above and beyond in making sure that my father had a smooth transition into the facility. My family is very pleased with the staff and the facility thus far. We cannot thank Tommy and Barb enough for making everything possible. We highly recommend this facility.
Victory has been a blessing for our family. My mother is 92 and somewhat independent and what areas she fall short in Victory is there to assist. The staff is professional, kind and care. UPDATE: There has been a change in ownership at Victory Center. I initially gave Victory a great review. However changes make a difference. There are 2 elevators and one is broke all the time if not both of them.
