I cannot praise Victory Centre of Galewood enough for the level of care they provided my mother (age 98). The team went above and beyond to make sure my mother was well cared for, even as her dementia worsened. The care team was actively engaged with me throughout the nearly 4.5 years my mother lived there, and that open communication was very much appreciated. I can't thank them enough for what they do every day.
Very dirty place should take a look at the food.
The wellness staff is very helpful and caring. Patricia truly cares about every patient’s needs. She’s a true professional in her field. Gaby’s ability to communicate with providers, patients and team members makes interactions very streamline; Allowing patients obtain the solutions they need. Julissa and Julie from the front desk always provide a warm and friendly welcome. Overall, this team is great!
My dad is so happy and I am happier!
