I sent a balikbayan box to Cagayan de Oro on 2/25/2020 with ETA 4/9/ 2020. Today is 8/25/20 and the box has still not been delivered. The worst part is leaving several phone messages and text messages and just being ignored!!!! It is hard to believe that they treat people this way!! I have been using this company since their inception 11 or so years ago. SHAME ON YOU for treating customers like this!!! Call back your customers if they leave you several messages to give courtesy that you care that the balikbayan box is lost or stolen or you simply don't have no clue or idea what happened to it??? Have some decency to call your customers back and not just ignore and hide from the problem!
I sent my box May 02, 2019 and on the receipt the ETA for MANILA is 06/28/2019. UNTIL NOW (08/01/2019) MY FAMILY STILL HAS NOT RECEIVE THE BOX AND WE ARE ONLY IN BATANGAS. I WOULD NOT USE THIS CARGO COMPANY ANYMORE!!!!! IF I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STAR I WOULD> DONT USE THIS CARGO COMPANY
