They charged me over $300 for a diagnostic conducted in 3 minutes without tools. Determined that my furnace had a faulty gas valve and quoted me another $1,300 to fix it. I agreed, they sent another technician to repair it and he declared that it was not the gas valve, did not know what it was and left. The next day I get a call from someone trying to sell me a whole new furnace for thousands of dollars. Victory Bros. They charged for service that wasn't done Darrel q is a slickone be careful he will come to give you an estimate then run to car to get numbers i the company is straight why you have go his to get amount and he don't give a breakdown of cost won't be using them again
