I have never been so disappointed and discouraged after visiting an auto repair shop. I went to Victory because I was supposed to get a 10% discount on parts and 10% discount on labor through my employer..and because they advertise as a "Certified Female Friendly" shop. Needed new brakes on my vehicle and took it for an estimate. Was told I needed pads and rotors on front and the back would need replacing in approx. 2 months. Today I had to take my car in after finding out that my break lights weren't working. This is only the 2nd time I've been to a shop since the first time I ever went to a shop (located in St. Cloud) for a simple oil change I was quoted nearly $700 in repairs, I never did their recommended repairs and never had a problem until now, that was 5 years ago. Genuinely Good People – So my car broke down in Brooklyn Park and since I used to live there, I thought I'd go to the CarX I used to go to, because it was most definitely an emergency. It was no longer CarX, it was Victory, and I was a little nervous. I was greeted very kindly when I went inside and only had to wait about ten minutes for my car to be looked at, then another ten or fifteen for them to let me know exactly what was going on. Comfortable Auto Location – I walked in to Victory Auto looking for a better deal than Midas across the street and unlike MIdas they actually checked and recommended what I should do instead of just doing what I think my vehicle needs and paying for what really wasnt neccessary. Also I have my 3 boys with me and they have a nice waiting area and toys, snacks and soda! and of course free internet use, is what I'm writing my review off of right now. I would definitely choose this place again.
5 star service – I simply wanted a headlight changed.A national chain wanted an arm and leg! Then I drove to Victory Auto...not only was the reception clean and comfy,but I was acknowleded right away.Best of all,the price for a simple headlight change is what I expected. They have earned my business!
Excellent Service – Victory Auto does an excellent job keeping their customers informed as to what is happening with your vehicle. They are always clear and concise with what the charges will be to complete a job.

Awesome Service – I am writing to say I really am very pleased with the service I receive from Victory Auto. I have been getting my car and truck serviced by them for a few years now. And all I can say is I trust them when they say I need something done on my car or truck, they always show me exactly what needs fixing and if I need it fixed today or in the near future so I can budget for it.
