Bought a Chevy Malibu, broken mirror they swore they would fix I came they said they knew nothing about it then Ceaser ghosted me, car had warped breaks , bad suspension, water leaking in the car when raining, it was my first time buying a car and I definitely learned my lesson.
So far two services in a row with out any big concerns or issues. Staff was great, thank you Jimmy. Update 02-06-26 another great service car runs like champ. And no oil stains on my steering wheel. 👍🙂
Took it in to get an oil change because of warranty I have to use them. Technician failed to properly secure the access panel on the splash guard after removing oil filter. On my way home I heard a loud pop and a scrapping sound. Access panel was dragging on ground and ruined. Called the company was told just to drive it home and that it was the transmission. Was supposed to get a call about it, I had to call up to have my problem addressed. All the company offered as a resolution was to replace the broken part..... well duh... read more
