I feel compelled to share my experience with Victorville Counseling Center. While I have a great relationship with my doctor, the overall operation of the center is severely lacking. One major issue is their billing practices. They have charged my credit card multiple times without any prior notice, including charges for appointments that were canceled or never even scheduled. I thought it was great until it wasn’t. Eric at the front desk, ABSOLUTELY SUCKS ! Completely stopped returning my calls and even got to the point where he acted like he had NO idea who I was “oh oh I don’t remember speaking with you” like bro stop! I’ve called and spoke to you so many times. After my insurance canceled and I gave my medical card he never got me my appointment as promised with my therapist who I really liked. Made an appointment two weeks ago (7/31). Whomever I spoke to confirmed the appointment for today (8/13), there’s nothing on record and now I have to go another two weeks without speaking to a psychiatrist. I’m highly disappointed and don’t recommend this place due to the lack of communication.
I wanted to love this office but I’m so disappointed in their care. It took me so long so find help for my son and their therapist would randomly cancel and then randomly stopped seeing him. I’ve called multiple times for help with a psychiatrist and never receive a call back. The office never answers their calls either. Very disappointing.
