Eight years ago, I found Victor when he was doing outstanding work elsewhere and wanted him to give me a quote on palm skinning. He took care of my palm trees 8 years ago. Unfortunately, I lost his card the last 3 times that I needed palm tree skinning. I found 3 other people and each left much to be desired. One even managed to kill one of my trees!
