Called 3 times to schedule an alignment can't even answer the phone.
I usually go to the Victor’s Tires on 12th st., but happened to be closer to this one so I decided to give them another try. I had a bad experience last time as well. I will start out by saying that they were able to repair my tire which had a screw lodged in it, and it seems as though they did a good job - but their customer service was terrible. I had these guys throw some balance beads in the tires of my truck and they had me in and out very quickly. Great guys, clean waiting room and shop (a clean shop is the mark of pride in craftsmanship), and an overall great experience. Lastly, despite being a simple job, they still took the time to clean up the outside of the tires. That was a very nice touch that I've never seen from any of the bigger stores. I found my new go-to for tires and related things. Thanks guys! I'll be back again.
