Pulled in for a quick plug on my tire. I was asked by the man who greeted me while I was in my vehicle, if I wanted a patch instead for $15 and agreed because it is better and only $5 more. The gentleman who actually patched the tire then proceeds to tell me it’s $20. When I asked why I was told $15, he only said that it was $15 for smaller tires than mine. Understandable, but very misleading and unprofessional that not everyone is on the same page. Was there almost 30 minutes as well. I’m personally not impressed.
RecommendedI showed up at 7am on a Monday morning. The guys were just opening the shop. I was quite content to wait when Victor asked what he could help me with. I would recommend Victor's Tire shop for all your tire needs!
I recommend this shop over any other chain tire shop or auto house. I rushed in 15 minutes before close needing a tire mounted on my boat trailer rim. The young man had that tire mounted in less than 5 minutes. FIVE MINUTES!!! I’m so pleased and impressed I’m writing this review just now after leaving. Support your local small business - 9 times outta 10 the business is way better and the employees are much more skilled.
Absolutely fantastic! Our tire blew while 6 hours into a 12 hour trip at 6 PM. We had to put a donut tire on that was definitely NOT gonna make it another 6 hours. We pulled in 10 minutes after closing hoping that someone could possibly help and Mario immediately jumped on it to help us after he had already locked up the shop. We were there 40 minutes passed closing when he was done and Mario was so nice and helpful the entire time. My family so appreciates his willingness to help us. Great services and the people who work there are really nice and do a good job. this is the place i go to when i have mechanic issues and need tires. highly recommend
Best place in town to take your car and any type of work done! Prices are more reasonable and affordable than other places in Longview.
