We just got our roof and siding done. We had an amazing experience overall. The process was clear and simple. The quality of the work really stands out. I would definitely recommend them for roofing or siding work!
Victor and his company Proline Roofing were amazing to work with. Victor is an expert in all things roofing and gutters, as well as working with insurance claims. Victor was always professional, personable, kind, extremely responsive, and excellent in communication. Whenever I had a question, he was quick to respond. I wanted to leave a positive review of my experience. Victor and his team went above and beyond for me. Victor was very helpful and thorough the entire process. Our whole roof was completely damaged and had lots of mold everywhere. They were able to finish the project right before another big rain came in. I felt relieved that our roof wasn’t going to collapse on us and that my family was safe. I highly recommend Victor and his company for your next roofing project.
Due to Victor being injured there was not much management being done during the installation process. After the work was completed we requested the work to be checked as only the orders were here through out the replacement process. A rep showed up and did a drone video and pictures and was advised again someone would be out to inspect the completion of roof. This never happened.
