Don't go there!! Very Bad services. My BMW was completely damaged by those people. Victor (the owner) kept smoking in auto shop when he inspected my car. My car has oil dripping issue (common problem for BMW). First time I spent $1000 to fix it. After two days, oil dripping issue came back again. Then Victor said it was oil pan gasket and asked for another $500 fix. When I picked up my car, another issue happened. This time he said differential issue, making lots of noise and driving the car. My name is Robert Beeks. My closest friend recommended him for repair the starter to my SUV. I called and he gave me a quote that saved me hundreds of dollars..literally. Victor and his son,Rocky are very chill and funny. But ,first and foremost, they have excellent customer relations and every person that came to him had been recommended by a extremely satisfied client. The best automotive repair shop ever. Listen guys if you need any auto repairs check them out I'm telling you you will be a customer for life like my sister and I. This has been my second time bringing my car to VQM's and consistency and honesty are the two words I would use to describe my visits. Mike was well knowledgeable with BMWs, he is professional, reasonable, patient and very friendly towards his customers.
