Victor’s Lawn is the most unprofessional business we have dealt with. They took our deposit to cut a tree under the condition that we would be notified ahead of time. We needed to let our remote-working tenant know when the work would be done, needed to be present at the time of work, and wanted to notify the neighbor over whose property the tree hung. After weeks of waiting for them to start work, and numerous communications to reiterate our need to be present, they sent one man, unannounced at 3:30 on a Friday afternoon. ... read more
