We have been very pleased with the service we have received from Victor’s Landscaping for the several years that we have engaged them. We have had both our front and backyards relandscaped with Desert formats, and I receive positive comments on our front yard very often. They are also very responsive with both queries and request for service. A big shout out to Victor’s!
The work on the property was good. The problem is the accounting dept couldn't get me the bills in a timely manor and then charged me late fees.
I am a new customer and getting used being on a billing method for landscaping. I was late and all these fees and threats for collections for 25 bucks. I reached out and they wont say who they are but the AR email RUDE RUDE RUDE, I paid the 25 and said you lost a customer and they don't care and was RUDE RUDE RUDE again. I wish I knew the name as I have never had such back customer service for 25 bucks. Nickel and time ya will all the fees. gas fee, dump fee etc etc.
I have known Victor for many years when he first worked under the supervision of my son when he was in charge of a large apartment complex and currently does our lawn and has been doing it for many years. He does it all, anything that is wrong with the sprinkler, etc. He always does a great job. He is always pleasant and easy to talk to and his sons who work with him are always wonderful and work well with their father and is so pleasant and wonderful to talk to as well.
