We contacted Victor's Home Solutions because we had squirrels in our attic and they had damaged the soffit. A.J. came out and gave us a very thorough inspection, was very professional, and gave us suggestions as to our next step. We would certainly consider them for home repairs and recommend them to our friends and neighbors.
I live in a rural area and have a 100+ year-old summer kitchen that sorely needed a new roof. Having survived a hail storm last summer with relatively little damage, I wanted to have my 15-year-old house roof inspected as well. The Victors Home Solution, sent a person to give cost estimate to mr as home owner, is in reality is a scammer. he will go around your house and takes pictures. He will start , how good the company is, plus show certificate ect. He will show you many problems, on the roof shingles, & that needs air ventilation or circulation ect.tryto sell things that is not needed. Cleanup was not completed. I found several nails in the driveway an on the street (photo) Salesman viewed the attic and in the contract stated that 33 4x8 boards would be required to complete the project.(photo) upon arriving the job Forman told us an additional 5 boards would be required. To which we agreed. When the final invoice was presented to us it included an additional 11 4x8 boards. We were never told about the additional 11 boards. Mando and crew just replaced our roof in one day! We were so impressed with their work and professionalism. They cleaned up the yard around the house better than they found it. We would highly recommend them to everyone. A+ Great job!
